Rapid Heat 3.5 Heating System
Our Rapid Heat 3.5 Heating System is an inverter-based semi-automatic preheating unit especially for tubes with a maximum size of ø350mm and gives 3.5kW Induction Heating Power with a top temperature of 700⁰C.
The unit is small and light in weight, which makes it easy to handle and transport. The unit stands next to the workpiece therefore adjustments are easy to make. This unit makes an ideal addition to any fabrication workshop.
The unit is able to program heating/cooling rate and target temperature and can be used with or without a thermocouple.
Induction Heating Elements
Induction Coils come in ready-to-use lengths of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, 4m, 4.5m and 5m. The Induction coils are fast to install and can be used in tight heating places.
Resistance Option
If the required temperature is over 700°C then the unit can be connected to resistance heating mat(s) with a maximum power of 3.45kW, giving a top temperature of 1050°C.
